Our European headquarters is based in Amersfoort where we currently base 45 employees. Besides that, there are satellite offices in London and Berlin. Our global headquarters is based in Seattle. In contrast to many other skincare brands in Europe we sell our products primarily via multiple owned webshops based on Sales Force Commerce Cloud Platform. Therefore, we are an organization with a very strong eCommerce focus and drive. Paula’s Choice Europe B.V. is het Europese hoofdkantoor van het Amerikaanse huidverzorgingsmerk Paula’s Choice. Product Manager Trainee

  • Concurrentie/prijsanalyse
  • Kwalitatieve analyse van product launches (dus het verzamelen en rapporteren van feedback van klanten om dit naar de US terug te koppelen)
  • Merchandising van de producten
  • Branded goodies uitzoeken (tasjes, washandjes, alles wat we willen eigenlijk)
  • Analyses op aanvraag + ondersteunende taken

Customer Care Representative (full time)

At Paula’s Choice, Customer Care is not just a service department it is the go to destination for advanced skincare advice resulting in our customers finding the best products for your their skin. All our Customer Care Representatives are fully trained and keeping updated with the latest developments in products and skincare. Giving a customer the best experience they could wish for is our goal. Customer Care is the backbone for the organization and what their feedback on our products is so we can constantly improve our products and service. We connect with our customers via e-mail, Social Media (mainly Facebook), chat, WhatsApp and by phone.

What will you be doing?

  • Promoting the brand and products to all customers via phone, Social Media (mainly Facebook), chat, WhatsApp and email.
  • Providing advice on the purchase of products from Paula's Choice.
  • Answer questions about the products and services of Paula's Choice, this could for instance mean a return or a lost package.
  • Translate a customer question into a business result by listening to the customer and providing excellent service.
  • Ensure that all information is being registered in our systems, with this some light administrative work is involved.

What will you bring?

  • Completed MBO-4 level;
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service, preferably within an international environment;
  • Excellent oral and written skills English and Dutch;
  • Excellent computer skills and being a multitasker with systems for instance, computer, phone, chat, WhatsApp is a plus;
  • Customer first attitude and a commercial mindset;
  • Willing to work in evening hours and weekends as we are moving towards extending our opening hours;
  • Interest and affinity with skin care products is a must;
  • Team player.

To further build our brand and business we are looking for a:

Marketplace Manager

Paula’s Choice Skincare Marketplace Manager is responsible for expanding sales on Amazon, Bol.com and other new marketplaces. Within this role you drive our business on marketplaces and you learn about all the ins and outs of this new business model. Internal you are the key player to align all disciplines involved to make it happen.

The Marketplace Manager will be reporting directly to the Director Countries and Business Development.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketplaces strategy and coordinate the execution.
  • Delegate and monitor marketing campaigns/strategies and new product set up and content support on Marketplaces (lightning deals, PPC, Headline Search Ads).
  • Oversee and approve changes of packaging to improve Marketplaces customer experience, and limit safety complaints.
  • Manage the channel for errors, alerts, questions and enquiries and resolve with a high sense of urgency.
  • Organic optimization: titles, bullet points, descriptions, categorization, and keywords.
  • Support the forecasting/inventory management process by setting up processes, analysis to compare past and current sales combined to achieve targets.
  • Oversee outbound, bi-weekly orders to ensure appropriate inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with customer service over recurring questions to improve content, process or service.

What do you bring:

  • Bachelor Degree in economics, marketing or related field.
  • Experience with Marketplace management within a consumer brand is a plus. • Minimum of 3 years working experience within e-commerce.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language and German is a plus.
  • Speaks international marketing, business and ICT language.
  • Analytics skills are highly developed.
  • Are results-oriented, and someone who likes to take the initiative.
  • Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Have the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast moving environment that encourages responsible risk- taking.

To further build our business we are looking for a:

Supply Chain Manager (Full time)

Responsible for Planning, purchasing & logistics (warehousing/order fulfillment & distribution). Reports to Paula's Choice Europe Director of Finance & Operations and leads the Demand Planner and Logistics Coordinator.

Duties and responsibilities:

Planning & inventory management:

  • Participate in-and managing the Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process;
  • Controlling inventory levels, minimize out-of-stock situations;
  • Cooperation with Marketing for product introductions & promotions;
  • In and out phasing of products;
  • Report inventory numbers/cover;
  • Oversee stock counts per quarter and analysis;
  • Year planning for Paula’s Choice Global, in line with Europe Business planning;
  • Measuring planning accuracy;
  • THT data monitors and managing

Purchasing:

  • Liaise with Paula’s Choice Global, other vendors (FE printing amenities) and repackaging partners;
  • Places orders & repackaging commands in a cost-and planning effective way;
  • Purchase prices with Finance.

Logistics:

  • Monitors performance 3th Party Logistics;
  • Surveillance on B2B order fulfillment;
  • Coordination issues in relation with 3 Party Logistics (IT, stock, shipping related).

The candidate we are looking for offers:

  • Bachelor training is a must;
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain (i.e. Planning) and managerial experience;
  • Process thinker with analytic skills and a critical eye, allergic to insufficiency;
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel is a must;
  • Hands-on approach: combination of tactical and operational activities in this function;
  • Proactive and self-starter, but also good in stakeholder management and a networker within the Organization;
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English and Dutch.

To expand our business and realize our challenging growth plans we are looking for a:

Demand & Supply planner

Paula’s Choice Europe Demand & Supply planner will initiate, improve and monitor the demand forecast for Europe following integrated business planning (IBP) for demand. Within this position you will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Improve forecast for demand and supply captured in an Excel based model.
  • Create accurate forecast for our 210 active stock keeping unit (sku) working together with European marketing, finance, B2B partners and the US supply team.
  • Stock availability, months stock per sku, out of stock, risks, expiration dates, new product launches & analyses, portfolio, new artwork, repacking, mean absolute percent error, forecast bias, key performance indicators and ABC classification for sku.
  • Inbound shipments by ocean and air from the US and the local customs clearance.
  • Order management of our twelve B2B partners and three marketplaces in Europe.
  • Outbound shipments, packages and pallets leaving our 3PL to D2C, B2B and market places.
  • Order packing, receiving, return processes, assemblage orders, general processes and instructions, communication and PCEU order forecast of our 3PL in the Netherlands.
  • Purchase of printed matter, stickers and other marketing materials.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Hands on personality, able and willing to perform all required tasks of the department.
  • Working experience in demand or supply planning is desirable.
  • Excellent (advanced) Good MS Excel knowledge and working experience.
