How will you ship my order?

Carefully, because we want your product to arrive in pristine condition! Our parcels are be shipped to Dutch addresses using PostNL. DHL delivers for us to Belgian addresses. If the shipment can fit through a standard mailbox opening, delivery to Belgian addresses will also be done via regular mail, by PostNL. For some addresses in The Netherlands we offer the possibility to have your parcel delivered by a bicycle courier.

When will I receive my order, if I’ve placed it on a Saturday or Sunday?

Orders that were placed on a Saturday or Sunday, are delivered on Tuesdays. For shipping within the Netherlands, if payment for your order is cleared before 10 p.m. on weekdays, the package will be shipped the next day.

I don’t have a Dutch or Belgian shipping address. Can you ship to another country?

Yes. On you can only enter Dutch or Belgian shipping addresses, but you can order our products from any EU country and from many others.

What else should I know about how my order will be shipped?

  • If you have a shipping address in the Netherlands, and you’ve ordered and paid on a Business Day before 21:00, your parcel will be delivered to you the next day!
  • For next day delivery to Belgium, please make sure you place your order and pay it before 21:00 on a Business Day.
  • An email will notify you of the receipt of your payment by Paula's Choice Europe. A further email will inform you once your parcel has been shipped to your shipping address.
  • Shipping rates are in Euro and will be mentioned separately on your invoice.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times; these are indicative and for information only.
  • At present we do not have express delivery facilities. But stay tuned, hopefully, we'll have it in the future.

Can I pay cash on delivery (“rembours”)?

Ordering with cash on delivery is only possible for shipping addresses in the Netherlands. You will then pay for your order only when it is delivered to you. You will be charged the standard shipping fee, which is €3,50 for orders under €40, and a surcharge of €20 for Cash on delivery.

Mention your name, address, postal code, place of residence and your telephone number.

We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order is being processed, and a second e-mail when your order has been processed and shipped. The parcel will be offered at your shipping address approximately 4 to 5 days later.

Should you not be present to accept the parcel on the first delivery attempt, there will be a second delivery attempt at a later time. If delivery at the shipping address is not possible, the parcel can be paid for and retrieved by yourself at a post office. Cash on delivery parcels are never delivered to neighbours.

PostNL will require a signature for reception. You will receive an invoice with your parcel.

What does delivery by cost?

Shipping via is free for orders above € 40. For orders under € 40, you pay € 2,50 shipping costs.

When will the bicycle courier deliver my parcel? only delivers between 6pm and 10pm on weekdays. Because most people are at home in the evening, this reduces the risk of the cycle courier being stuck in front of a closed door. You can follow the journey of your parcel via the Track & Trace link. On Saturdays, Sundays and on Dutch public holidays, does not deliver parcels.

Does also deliver on Saturday- and Sunday evening?

No, Fietskoeriers delivers only from Monday to Friday between 6pm and 10pm.

Can I still change my delivery address for the cycle courier after placing my order?

Yes, you can change your delivery address via the Fietskoerier Track & Trace until 2pm. This is only possible if the new address is close to the old address. For address changes, please contact the customer service: 085 - 273 7442

Can I still change my delivery time for the cycle courier after I placed my order?

Yes, you can use the Track & Trace service to choose a different delivery time as long as your parcel is not scheduled for delivery. To change this, click on 'change delivery' in your Track & Trace.

You don't see this option? Then your parcel has already been scheduled and unfortunately it is no longer possible to change your delivery time.
